These terms cover using Mirafile and buying your Mirafile style report. They’re written to be read: short, plain and specific.

The service

Mirafile (mirafile.com) creates a personal style report, your Mirafile (a 17-page PDF), from one selfie and your quiz answers. The quiz and your first read are free; the full report is a one-time purchase.
Reports are generated by AI. Every photo of you in the report is an AI-generated image made from your selfie. They show suggested styles and are illustrations, not photographs.
The people in our sample reports and site photos are AI-generated models, not customers. The sample pages are real output from the same engine that makes your report.
The report is style guidance for personal use. It is not medical, dermatological or professional advice. Check any skincare product with your doctor or dermatologist if you have a skin condition, and patch-test new products.

Who can use it

You must be 18 or older.
Only upload a photo of yourself. Don’t upload photos of other people, of anyone under 18, or any image you don’t have the right to use.

Price and payment

The full report costs $39.99 (USD), charged once. There is no subscription and nothing renews.
Payment is processed securely by Stripe. Your bank may add currency conversion fees if you pay in another currency.

Delivery

Your report starts building right after payment and usually takes under 30 minutes. You can watch it build, and we email you a link to your PDF.
The download link stays active for 30 days. Please save your PDF.
If your report hasn’t arrived within 24 hours, email hello@mirafile.com and we’ll fix it.

Refunds

If your report fails to generate or arrives with pages missing, we fix it for free. If we can’t, we refund you in full.
If the photos don’t look like you, tell us within 14 days of receiving your report. Send us a new selfie (daylight, facing the camera, no filter) and we redo your whole report for free.
If the redone photos still don’t look like you, we refund you in full. We decide this by comparing the photos with your selfies: the question is whether the photos clearly show you, not whether you like the suggested styles.
Refunds aren’t offered for taste or style preferences once your report has been delivered.
For anything else, email hello@mirafile.com and tell us what felt off. We aim to reply within 3 business days.
Approved refunds go back to your original payment method through Stripe and usually appear within 5–10 business days.

Your content

You keep all rights to your selfie. You give us a limited permission to process it only to make your report, and we delete it as described in our Privacy Policy.
Your report is yours to keep, print and share for personal use.

Limits

We work hard to make every report accurate and useful, but color and style advice from a photo is an estimate: lighting, filters and camera settings affect results.
To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the report ($39.99). Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection law where you live.

Changes and contact

We may update these terms; the date at the top shows the latest version. The terms in place when you bought your report apply to that purchase.
